Senior/ CRM Executive, Luxury Retail (Ref. No.: 26891)
Our client, well-known Luxury Brand, specializing in handbags fine jewelry, watches and accessories, is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team.
Job Duties
- Oversee the brand's CRM system, including maintaining customer profiles, tracking customer interactions, and generating reports
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive loyalty
- Plan and coordinate events such as VIP experiences, product launches, and client appreciation gatherings
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, sales) and external vendors (e.g. venues, caterers) to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage event budgets and ensure events are delivered within allocated costs
- Analyze event data and customer feedback to continuously improve the event planning process
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clients before, during, and after events
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or event management
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing high-end, VIP-level events
- Expertise in CRM systems and customer relationship management strategies
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive
- Immediately available is highly preferred
