Our client, an Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of data analytics with different business units, providing valuable insights and guidance on the strategic implementation of data driven practices
Analyze and interpret large volumes of data that can be used to optimize marketing strategies, enhance customer experience and improve of business performance
Develop predictive model and generate actionable insights to forecast business opportunities, drive strategic decisions and mitigate risks
Collaborate with the risk management team to implement models and monitor outcomes
Identify, analyze and interpret trend and patterns, monitor model performance and data accuracy
Ensure timely and accurate on reporting, analysis and dashboards
Handle ad hoc assignments / projects

University graduated in relevant discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, etc.
6 years+ of experience in Data Analysis, preferably in financial industries
Strong analytical skills, experience in data manipulation and proven ability to translate data findings into strategic initiatives
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau / Power BI / QlikView
High proficiency in SQL, Python, MS Excel, SAS, etc.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
