Our client, an Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person
to fill the position.
工作职责
-
Play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of data analytics
with different business units, providing valuable insights and
guidance on the strategic implementation of data driven
practices
-
Analyze and interpret large volumes of data that can be used to
optimize marketing strategies, enhance customer experience and
improve of business performance
-
Develop predictive model and generate actionable insights to
forecast business opportunities, drive strategic decisions and
mitigate risks
-
Collaborate with the risk management team to implement models
and monitor outcomes
-
Identify, analyze and interpret trend and patterns, monitor
model performance and data accuracy
-
Ensure timely and accurate on reporting, analysis and dashboards
- Handle ad hoc assignments / projects
工作要求
-
University graduated in relevant discipline such as Statistics,
Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, etc.

6 years+ of experience in Data Analysis, preferably in financial
industries
-
Strong analytical skills, experience in data manipulation and
proven ability to translate data findings into strategic
initiatives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau / Power
BI / QlikView
- High proficiency in SQL, Python, MS Excel, SAS, etc.

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
