Our client, a Chinese Bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Provide professional and efficient counter services to customers
- Handling daily counter transaction such as cash, cheque, FX as well as promote / referrals of retail banking products to potential customers
- Answer customer enquiries with high quality service
- Perform general clerical support in branch and handle ad hoc assignments
Job Requirements
- HKCEE / HKDSE with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above including Chinese, English and Mathematics
- Possess HKSI and IIQE qualifications will be an advantage
- Proactive, eager to learn and able to work under pressure
- Attentive to details with good communication skill and customer oriented
- Conversant with Chinese word processing and MS Office Suite
- Good spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
