Our client, a Chinese Bank is looking for high-caliber person to
fill the position.
工作职责
-
Provide professional and efficient counter services to customers
-
Handling daily counter transaction such as cash, cheque, FX as
well as promote / referrals of retail banking products to
potential customers
- Answer customer enquiries with high quality service
-
Perform general clerical support in branch and handle ad hoc
assignments
工作要求
-
HKCEE / HKDSE with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or
above including Chinese, English and Mathematics
- Possess HKSI and IIQE qualifications will be an advantage
- Proactive, eager to learn and able to work under pressure

Attentive to details with good communication skill and customer
oriented

Conversant with Chinese word processing and MS Office Suite

Good spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and
Mandarin)
