Our client, a financial institution is now urgently looking for high caliber candidate to join their team.
Job Duties
- Maintain and provide administrative support to membership operations and service and ensure strictly follow company policy and guideline
- Conduct marketing research and membership data analysis for marketing activities / campaigns
- Compile reports to enhance effectiveness of membership operations
- Handle customers' enquiries
- Provide support on marketing activities and CRM programs
- Liaise with service provider and internal departments for members’ privileges and ensure quality services are provided
Job Requirements
- University graduate in Business Administration, marketing or related discipline
- 5 years of experience in CRM / marketing analysis / business intelligence preferably in banking & finance institutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Hands on experience in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
