Our client, a financial institution is now urgently looking for high
caliber candidate to join their team.
工作职责

Maintain and provide administrative support to membership
operations and service and ensure strictly follow company policy
and guideline

Conduct marketing research and membership data analysis for
marketing activities / campaigns
-
Compile reports to enhance effectiveness of membership
operations
- Handle customers' enquiries
- Provide support on marketing activities and CRM programs
-
Liaise with service provider and internal departments for
members’ privileges and ensure quality services are
provided
工作要求
-
University graduate in Business Administration, marketing or
related discipline
-
5 years of experience in CRM / marketing analysis / business
intelligence preferably in banking & finance institutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and able to work
independently
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Hands on experience in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
(Cantonese & Mandarin)
