Our client, a banking company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Perform communication work and coordinate with project stakeholders
- Perform user requirement gathering and feasibility study
- Perform user requirement analysis and propose solutions for business on the system operation workflow
- Negotiate between business users and technical developers
- Perform change management skills, negotiate and persuade others for positive results and communicate effectively across all functions and levels
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree / Associate Degree / High Diploma / Diploma Graduates in IT related disciplines
- 3 years+ above in business analysis / software development, preferably in banking / financial industry
- Good team player with positive attitude and able to adapt to changes / work under pressure
- Strong analytic skills and problem-solving skill
