Our client, a Chinese Bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Manage a team of company drivers and arranging roaster
- Company events management and catering arrangement
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Liaise with internal and external parties such as vendors, suppliers and Departmental Secretaries
- Support on General Office administration tasks
- Handle ad hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above
- At least 6 years of office administration experience in sizable company, preferred with experience in Banking / Financial Institutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player and able to dealing with different levels of people
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Good command of both Spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST)
