Our client, an Investment Bank, is looking for high-caliber person
to fill the position.
工作職責
- Report to head of ECM
-
Work closely with IBD coverage bankers, corporate finance
bankers and institutional sales to manage equity deals
- Assist head to achieve strategic goals
-
Assist head for the marketing and execution of ECM projects
including IPO, share placements, block trades and other fund
raising activities in Hong Kong and Great China region

Help to develop professional investor relationships and broaden
investors network

Manage investment banking financing pitches, road shows, and
underwriting commitments and transactions

Internal control and comply with external regulation and
practice standards
工作要求
- Degree holder in Finance, Economics or related discipline
- 3-5 years relevant experience in ECM
- In-depth experience in equity capital markets

Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
in order to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
(including Mandarin)
