工作職責
- Handle general Compliance mandates
-
Maintaining and developing the compliance program/policies (SFC)
- Conduct AML/CFT Sanctions related task
- Providing compliance advice to the business
- Compliance monitoring and liaising with regulators

Handling FATCA, QI and CRS issues and Liaise with regulators on
compliance related issues.

Support ad hoc requests from the Business and Senior Management
工作要求
-
Degree or above with major in Finance, Accounting, Risk or Law
Degree
-
Minimum 5 years experience in compliance preferably in RA9
business
- Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin

Familiar with regulatory environment in regional financial
industry
