Senior Product Manager/Manager – Corporate Banking (HK$40K - $75K)

Our client, a Chinese bank is now urgently looking for a
high-caliber candidate to join their product development team under
corporate banking department.
工作職責
-
To formulate product development of corporate banking products
including trade finance, secured and unsecured lending products,
cross-border, deposit, etc
-
Initiate marketing strategies and business plan to enhance the
competitiveness in the market

Develop and drive new strategic products planning and
implementation to achieve for the growth of corporate banking
business
-
Design and optimize business plans, workflow, system, sales
channels, etc
-
Work closely with Legal and Compliance, Risk, Operation
Departments to ensure product procedures and policies in
compliance with regulatory requirements
-
Provide product training, presentation and updated market
information to frontline staff
工作要求
- Degree holder or above in related discipline
-
Minimum 8 years of experience in product management of business
banking / corporate / commercial banking
-
Good knowledge on corporate banking products and trade finance
products
- Familiar with regulatory requirements of banking industry

Strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills with
strategic mindset

Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese (both
Cantonese & Mandarin)

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Product
Manager
