Senior Procurement Manager – ICT (~ HK$1M p.a.) (Ref. No.: 26482)
Our client, a global vendor is looking for an experienced tender
subject matter expert (SME) to manage the tendering processes for
their Customer’s ICT tenders which will include but not limit to the
tender write up, tender briefing / tender query (TQ), tender
evaluation / tender clarification (TC) and presentation to tender
approval panel (TAP) and senior management.
工作職責

Preparation of ICT Network/System technical submissions for
pre-tender qualification and tender preparation

Prepare and review tender documents and summarize critical
information

Tender documentation including but not limited to technical
specification with technical team, screening and evaluation
criteria, marking scheme and other submissions

Compile and prepare tender queries, tender clarification, tender
addendum and response to tender queries
- Prepare and monitor tender progress

Coordinate with tender team/ICT consultants/Main Contractor
agencies/authorities to obtain necessary information to
facilitate for tender submission

Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes during tender
stages and lead the tender evaluation

Prepare and carry out tender presentations including but not
limited to tender briefing, evaluation presentation to TAP and
senior management

Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms

Monitor market for upcoming tenders and to obtain information
工作要求
-
Possesses at least 8 years of project tendering experience in
large-scale network/system infrastructure

Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a
dexterity in “reading” the market

Experience in collecting and analyzing tenderer’s response
data
- Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of ICT market supplier or third-party hardware /
software
