Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to
fill the position.
工作職責
-
Oversee and manage the daily operation of the back office team
to ensure completeness on daily tasks related to trade
settlement, loan administration and fund transfer related issues
-
Perform periodical check on task progress to ensure its
accomplishment are efficient
- Ensure the accuracy of transaction booked in system
-
Monitor and manage the outsourced operation teams to ensure
their tasks are completed as per service level agreement and
regulatory requirements
-
Work with front office to ensure a smooth operation process
- Participate in platform and system enhancement projects
-
Actively involve in business requirement clarifications for
private banking operations
工作要求
-
University Degree in Economics, Finance or related discipline
-
At least 6 years of experience in Private Banking operations
-
Knowledge on current market practice and regulatory requirements
- Proven project management experience
-
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
-
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
