Our client, a well established insurance company is looking for
high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作職責

Lead a small sales team to achieve Company’s business
targets through brokerage channel focusing on Group Insurance
Products (EB & MPF)
- Provide mentoring and coaching to subordinates

Develop new sales distribution channels as well as maintain good
relationship with clients and business partners

Design appropriate insurance solutions and coordinate with
existing clients as well as broker partners
- Provide quotation to clients / brokers
-
Manage projects including marketing activities, promotional
campaigns, product development, etc.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned
工作要求
-
Degree holder with at least 6 years of experience in insurance
industry
-
Strong account management experience gained within Health /
Medical insurance
- Pricing / underwriting knowledge
-
Passes in IIQE, qualified LOMA, ANZIIF or other related
professional insurance qualifications preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Sales oriented, positive and great initiative
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese
& Mandarin)
