Our client, well-known Luxury Brand, specializing in handbags fine jewelry, watches and accessories, is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and analyze key sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, striving to provide a positive shopping experience.
Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and forecasts.
Communicate effectively with senior management, vendors, and stakeholders.
Provide feedback and recommendations for business improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (8+ years) in luxury retail management, preferably in a similar leadership role.
Deep understanding of the luxury retail market, trends, and customer behavior.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
