Our client, a public unity, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Act as project manager to design, implement and maintain application systems. Develop user requirement specification, functional design specifications for developers or contractors based on business requirement.
Coordinate with users and vendors for project implementation.
Manage external contractors to ensure delivery of quality solutions that effectively address the business needs.
Review external contractors’ progress, manage contractors’ software design and development quality to ensure the implementation of appropriate application architecture, standards and best practices in the development activities; including documentation, design, programming, testing, installation and implementation.
Assist Manager, IT, to conduct study and assessment to set roadmap for 3D Reality Model and EGIS internal application map evolution and adoption of related technology.
Post project support for the system developed to ensure smooth system operations by providing instruction and expert advice to first level support staff.

At least 5 years’ experience in IT field.
Solid project management experience in GIS or 3D modeling projects is preferable.
Proven application development and support experience in large scale enterprise systems.
Sound knowledge in GIS, 3D modeling, Internet, cloud, web and JEE technology.
Good knowledge in Unity, BIM and ESRI products.
Good business sense, good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good team player and interpersonal skill.
Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin.
