Project Manager - Bank Industry (HK$50K – $60K) (Ref. No.: 25549)
Our client, a Leading Consumer Bank, is looking for high-caliber
person to fill the position.
工作職責
-
Develop the high-level project plan, set objectives, identify
resources, resolve constraints and deliver good quality
application system.

Develop, coach and mobilize the project team to achieve specific
software development goals; take part in the actual development
work when necessary.

Evaluate, identify potential challenges and develops contingency
plan to minimize business risks.

Ensure effective communication in place between users and IT
team members within project and also cross projects.

Maintain up-to-date project files and ensure the design works
are well documented.

Provide technical support to maintain the smooth 24 hours round
the clock operation (including Disaster Recovery Site support)
within the bank.

Keep update with Software Development Life Cycle and Design
Methodology.
- Liaise with vendor on system support and maintenance.
- Participate in daily system support and maintenance.

Design, supervise the development and verify the quality of
deliverable such as programs and technical documents.

Ensure the development works follow department standards and
guidelines.

Review and ensure project documentation including analysis and
design works.

Able to lead Senior System Analyst, System Analyst and junior
Programmers, facilitate cooperation among team members.
工作要求
-
10 years’ experience in application software development
with at least 3 years in project management.
- Banking experience is preferable.

Solid experience and knowledge on various banking applications
and architecture design.
- Exposure to multiple computer platforms.
- Good insight to technology trend and new technology

System development and support experience in .NET, Java,
database (ORACLE, MySQL).
- Good experience on Linux, Openshift Window Platform.
- Good analysis and communication skill.
- Onsite working is expected.
- BAU support if also required.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
(including Putonghua).
