Product Designer (HK$35,000 to HK$45,000 monthly) (Ref. No.: 25286)

Our client is a global cosmetic & skincare group with APAC headquarters in Hong Kong; they are urgently looking for two (2) “Product Designer” who will be dedicated to specific market under the Companies APAC Portfolio. You should be a design generalist, and comfortable working in the entire design process; from user research, to concept development, wireframing, prototyping and testing, all the way to final UI, in collaboration with the Product Manager, Global, Regional and Market Business Stakeholders, Data Analyst and Tech Leads.

Collaborate closely with Global, Regional and Market Business Stakeholders, to enhance digital consumer experience
Advocate for genuinely customer centric design, systematizing the use of UX research and the various insight tools and platform at our disposal to bring the voice of the customer to the heart of all critical decision making
Facilitate type of product vision by researching conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products
Translate concepts into user flows, visual mockups, and prototyping that lead to intuitive user experience for the market
Brainstorm with the Product team to translate data and business requirements into user scenarios and high-level customer experience requirements
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
Conduct user research and usability testing, validating design decisions through quantitative and qualitative data
Analyze results of feasibility test through regular reviews
Research the industry's latest trends and technologies and competitors
Share learning to other Product Teams

5 + years of UX / UI Design experience
A strong digital portfolio of User Experience, User Research and Visual Design
Data and Analytics skills
Experience with Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud
Mastery using design tools such as Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in prototyping with tools such as InVision and Figma
Knowledge with Japan, Korea and / or SEA eCommerce markets is a huge plus
Experience with ecommerce and social platforms in the beauty or luxury industry is a plus
Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating on Jira, Confluence and Abstract is a plus
