fill the position.
工作職責

Responsible for the intelligent transformation of Direct Banking
Center / Customer Service Center services, and empowering
business through financial technology, etc.

Responsible for the demand management of the Direct Banking
Center / Customer Service Center service system, finding out the
business pain points and converting them into business needs.

Responsible for the project establishment, promotion and
implementation of the Direct Banking Center / Customer Service
Center system, etc.

Responsible for training, management and support related to
Direct Banking Center / Customer Service Center system
functions.

Responsible for the agile project management and optimization of
the Direct Banking Center / Customer Service Center system to
improve customer experience, staff efficiency, reduce costs,
etc.
- Responsible for other tasks assigned by supervisors.
工作要求
-
Degree Holder or above. Experience in Direct Banking Center /
Customer Service Center is preferable.

Sound knowledge of product management and be able to input
demand prototypes and demand specifications.

Strong project management skills, communication and
interpersonal skill with sense of teamwork.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to learn.
Working location shall be subjected to the operational needs of
our Client.
