Manager – Agency Compensation (HK$40K - $55K) (Ref. No.: 24632)
Our client, a leading insurance company is now looking for
high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作職責

Providing quality support to all distribution channels in
relation to payroll payment and licensing operations.

Lead a team to ensure smooth and accurate payroll are timely
maintained.
- Conduct payroll and related accounts reconciliation.
- Review and analyze distribution expenses.

Perform annual taxation filing for distribution sales and
responsible for IRD enquiries.

Assist in the recommendation of and preparation of sales
commission scheme and process.

Prepare of various analytic reports for management review.
- Support and participate in compensation related projects.

Perform UAT on system projects for new products launch and
enhancement of compensation payments.
工作要求
-
Degree holder in business / finance / accounting or equivalent.

Minimum 8 years' hands-on experience in sales compensation of
insurance industry in which at least 2 years of experience in
supervisory level.

Strong communication skills with all levels within the company,
analytical, sensitive to figures, and detail-minded.

Result-oriented and able to meet the tight deadline and work
under pressure.

Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant
Manager / Senior Officer
