Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to
fill the position.
工作職責
-
Provide comprehensive legal advisory services and oversee legal
matters for the Bank Group
-
Review / draft term sheets, confirmations, commercial contracts
and all other relevant documents for all-rounded banking
business transactions

Provision of internal legal support to banking operations of
various divisions
- Keep update and conduct research on rules and regulations
-
Liaise with business units and counterparties on specialized
legal work

Ensure compliance with laws and regulations across the Bank
Group
工作要求
-
University degree holder with major in Law or relevant
disciplines
- Hong Kong Qualified Solicitor is a MUST
- Solid Legal experience from Banking and Finance Sectors

Knowledge in Hong Kong and China Commercial Laws including
Banking related areas OR
-
Knowledge of HKMA / SFC regulations / Banking Ordinance /
Companies Ordinance
- Can write Chinese
-
Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and
communication skills

Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise
effectively with the business and supporting units

Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
including Cantonese and Mandarin
