DCM Analyst / Associate (HK$25K - $30K) (Ref. No.: 25806)
Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to
fill the position.
工作職責
-
Work closely with relationship managers, sales and trading team,
legal and compliance in deal execution

Provide assessment on financial standing of new names and build
financial forecast model when needed
- Prepare pitch book in both English and Chinese

Keep abreast of market development and provide market updates to
business teams and senior management when appropriate

Actively contributes in due diligence, documentation review,
road show arrangement and deal settlement
工作要求
-
Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance disciplines
- Holder of CPA is preferred
- 2-3 years experiences in DCM

In dependent, self-motivated with good communication and
interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office, Bloomberg and Wind
-
Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin, English
& Cantonese
