Our client is a global cosmetic & skincare group with APAC headquarters in Hong Kong; they are urgently looking for a a talented Content Producer to join their in-house creative team.

Responsible for delivering creative briefs for all brands across all channels and touchpoints
Support the Senior Project Manager in establishing processes to streamline and drive efficiencies, drive exceptional processes at all times. Constantly review and refine Wrike set up to streamline end to end process
Collaborating with the creative team, ensuring that tasks are allocated and delivered according to the plan and escalate where a deviation to plan is likely, ensuring project plans are documented and maintained at all times production ensuring we always act consciously on and off set
Support with reporting for business requirements driving improvements and change based on insights
Support with all production related responsibilities from art buying (props), model casting, location and studio management, legalities, budgets, scheduling and forecasting within a busy creative environment
Maintaining regular brand and studio team meetings and where relevant 3rd party communication at all times ensuring that all methods of communication identified are provided when agreed
Maintaining all project documentation – ensure that all documentation is consistent and fit for purpose before being sent to the brands for review
Maintain project updates on Wrike to ensure that all information, including the timeline, cost, and scope, is up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle

Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Studio
Digital-mobile-first mindset
Understanding of local culture and promotions
Awareness of emerging trends in the region
Creative integration across all media / sales channels
Experience managing vendor relationships
Global mindset and multicultural understanding
Experience in design agency
Experience in content production
Experience with creative project management tools (Wrike, Microsoft 360, etc.)
Proven experience in project management (PMP, Agile or other certification is a plus) and track records of the implemented projects in shooting & design
Fluency in Cantonese and English
