Business Unit Head (HK$60K - $70K)
Our client, a Multinational Company, is looking for high-caliber
person to fill the position.
工作職責

Direct and control the Business Unit operations strategy to
achieve company mission and objectives;
- Strategic thinking to drive the Business Unit;

Develop the Business Unit ahead market growth and ensure
sustainable growth;
- Full responsibility for Business Unit P&L;
-
Develop and monitor marketing plans and all sales channels in
accordance with corporate/company strategy;
- Develop competitive differentiation;
-
Maintain good relationship with key customers and distributors
in the market;
-
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics
codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented
within the team;
- Strong people management skill to develop subordinates;
-
Anticipate change of fast pace environment and drive successful
plans.
工作要求
-
15 years+ sales and marketing experience, at least 5 years in
sales management role with monitor multiple sales channels
experience;

Extensive sales, marketing, business development, or e-commerce
experience gained in MNC, preferable in Cosmetics / Skin Care,
Healthcare, or Luxury Goods/Premium FMCG;

Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to drive
sales and marketing teams;
- Resilient, dedicated and persuasive;
- High standards of integrity and self-motivated;
- Proven experience in P&L management;

Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills;
- Excellent written & spoken English and Chinese.
