Working Time: Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm
(working hours can be negotiated)
Location: branches (HK island/ Kowloon/ New
Territories)
Responsibilities:-
- Answering basic customer enquiries at branches

Promoting digital banking services, self-services at branches

Guiding customers to relevant staff for providing professional
services and cross-selling opportunities
工作要求
- Tertiary education or above
- Mature, responsible and self-motivated
- Good communication and customer services skills
- Good command with spoken Chinese and English
- Proficient in using mobile apps, tablets, PC
