Our client, well-known Luxury Brands, specializing in leather, fine
jewelry, watches and ready-to-wear, are looking for an enthusiastic
individual to join their team.
工作職責

Assist for the day to day running of the store and ensure the
store is properly managed.

Assist to establish and maintain the highest standard of store
environment thus providing satisfactory customer service.

Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers,
and responding to customer enquiries and complaints.

Assist to formulate and implement strategies to achieve sales
targets.

Lead, motivate and develop the store team and create the right
environment to ensure team and individual development.

Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales,
inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing
services for customers.
工作要求
-
Minimum 4 years' managerial experience in luxury brands or
retail industry.

Strong business awareness, with logical thinking &
analytical ability.

Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Self-motivated & energetic.
- Dedicated with strong sense of commitment.
- Excellent command of English & Chinese.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant
Boutique Manager.
