person to fill the position.
工作職責
- Implementation of Group Procurement Standard
-
Implementation of Sustainable Procurement program across the
businesses
-
Administration of the Group-wide Umbrella Agreements for
engineering consultancy panel
-
Assist in coordinating with various businesses to self-assess
the current and target Procurement maturity level in accordance
with Group Procurement Standard
-
Support the data collection, data analytics and reporting for
data related to various businesses’ Procurement maturity
level
-
Support the development of a Supply Chain Management
sustainability practices; through working in close collaboration
with the Group Sustainability team, including for Supply Chain
Management sustainability reporting

Implement the rolling multi-year Sustainable Procurement plan;
working with various Group’s businesses

Coordinate and support the tendering process to source and
identify the best-fit third-party solution provider for supplier
sustainability risk profiling and reporting
工作要求
-
University degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain
Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or other
relevant discipline
-
3+ years of relevant work experience in procurement or supply
chain related roles, with demonstrable knowledge and experience
-
2+ years of relevant work experience in Sustainability field,
preferrable for candidates to demonstrate related work
experiences on Sustainable Procurement

Preferred for candidates with knowledge on Sustainability rating
agency

Membership and / or qualification from a procurement
professional body (e.g. CIPS, ISM, etc.) an advantage
-
Change advocate with strong interpersonal, communication and
stakeholder management skills

Fluency in English and Cantonese required; fluency in Putonghua
an advantage
