Our client, a Chinese based Bank is now urgently looking for a
seasoned HR Professional to join their team.
工作職責

Provide one-stop HR support to designated Business Units as an
individual contributor

Provide all rounded HR advisory / support to line managers on
end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, staff performance
management to cope with the business growth

Work closely with the line managers in the year-end bonus and
salary review exercise

Build and maintain strong partnership with line manager,
internal HR teams and external vendors

Ensure the hiring process is compliance with the Bank’s
policy and regulatory requirements
- Prepare periodic HR reports for management’s review

Support in HR recruitment strategy planning and procedures
reviews
工作要求
-
Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Business
Administration or related disciplines
-
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in banking sector
- Well-versed in HK and PRC Employment Ordinance
- Sounds knowledge in staff on-boarding operations

Proactive, independent with excellent communication and
presentation skills
- Good coordination and problem solving skills
- Fluent Spoken and Written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
