Our client, a Leading Consumer Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Oversight the progress, resource and technology change for all IT Projects related to IT infrastructure and Security.
Keep alive with the market and drive the standard and road map for the bank Infrastructure technology.
Ensure end-to-end solution design and project implementation down to operation for on-going support.
Define and maintain standard and practices for system interfaces and deployments to ease the support and change management of complicated systems.
Analyze and recommend different infrastructure components to compose the best-fit solution to enable business application.
Review and integrate the legacy system functions into new technologies for efficient system management.
Drive the utilization of existing infrastructure to optimize the resources as well as elevation of the standard to match with market’s practice.
Develop and standardize CIR (Consolidated Infrastructure Request) process and Asset Life Cycle Management process.
Coordinate and promote the rollout of head office’s infrastructure standard to overseas branches.
Building a procurement standard, package and price-book for budgetary and recharging.
Manage all procurement for Infrastructure and Security solution, BAU contract and HW/SW maintenance.
Ad-hoc task or project assigned by management related to Project and integration services.

Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline.
At least 12 years' experience in Infrastructure and Security solution implementation and project management.
At least 6 years’ experience in people management.
Holder in MCSE/MCITP, VCP, CCNA, CCNP and/or RHCE.
ITIL/PMP certification is preferred.
Certified in CISSP, CISA, CISM or other recognized certificate is preferred.
Solid experience in managing IT projects and solution design for retail bank.
Thorough knowledge of risk management practices in IT Infrastructure, IT Application and Service Management.
Competent at issue reporting/presentation and stakeholder management.
Familiar to regulatory requirements such as HKMA (TM-E-1, TM-G-1, TM-G-2, SA-2), MAS, CBRC, FFIEC and etc. Knowledgeable to the overseas banking regulatory requirements, particularly in Singapore, China, Macau and US is an advantage.
Familiar with industry technology standard or requirements such as PCI-DSS and NIST, CSX etc.
Good understanding of industry best practices e.g. NIST, ISO27001, COBIT etc.
Experience in handling IT procurement and asset life cycle management.
