Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber
person to fill the position.
工作職責

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for internal application
systems.

Respond to technical problems and follow up on user enquiries

Provide helpdesk support by addressing requests from the users.

Assist in monitoring and ensuring the normal operation of the IT
applications.
- Collaborate with internal users and external vendors.
工作要求
-
Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related
disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant application experience.

Experience in Microsoft SQL, .Net programming languages
preferred.
- Familiarity with VBA, Python processes is a plus.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese.
Fluent spoken Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
