person to fill the position
工作职责
-
Develop and manage Credit Card fraud prevention, detection
measures and policy for fraud control and risk management
-
Provide advisory and review on fraud cases, emerging trends,
investigation and loss recovery for fraud cases
-
Perform data analysis, fraud assessment and analysis with credit
card business propositions assessed by taking into account all
relevant counterparty & market information
-
Monitor communication procedures with card merchants for card
fraud prevention
工作要求
-
University degree holder or relevant graduate qualification
-
Solid experience in Credit Card Fraud Risk with Banks / Virtual
Banks / Consumer Finance Financial Institutions
-
Familiar with financial crime and/or internal/ethics
investigation
-
Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of fraud / law
enforcement
-
A Mature, detail-minded and confident team player with
initiative and able to work independently
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and able to manage
confrontational issues
-
Able to exercise judgment, work under great pressure and liaise
effectively with the various business units and supporting units
-
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
including Cantonese and Putonghua
