Our client, a Leading Financial Institution Group is looking for
high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作职责
-
Ensure duties as trustee and fiduciary are performed in
accordance with appropriate legal documentation such as trust
deed and prospectus, the laws and rules of the financial and
other regulatory bodies including MPFA, SFC and CIMA etc
-
Provide Trustee and Fiduciary Services for different Funds
products including Pension, MPF and ORSO, SFC authorised Funds,
Trust Funds, Investment Funds etc

Monitor due diligence, internal control procedures / policies on
Pension, MPF and ORSO, SFC authorised Funds, Trust Funds,
Investment Funds etc
工作要求
- Degree holder
-
3 years’ experience in trustee / fiduciary / compliance
coverage in Pension, MPF and ORSO
- Involve in legal documentation will be an advantage

Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and
communication skills

Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise
effectively with the business and supporting units

Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
including Cantonese and Putonghua
