Team Head (Data Center Operation) (HK$80K - $100K) (Ref. No.: 26337)
Our client, a Retail Bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill
the position.
工作职责
-
Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of the
organization's data center infrastructure, including servers,
storage systems, networking equipment, and other IT
infrastructure components and the facilities including UPS,
Cooling, Power, firefighting system being well maintained and in
operations

Manage 7x24 shift duty team to ensure data center operation and
procedures smoothly

Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of the
organization's mission-critical systems, including monitoring
and analyzing system performance metrics and implementing
improvement plans as needed

Ensure effective and efficient management of day to day data
center operations including queue management, incident and
change management, 7/24 shift arrangement and hardware logistics

Ensure all operational KPIs and metrics are being measured and
met

Establish, Develop and implement policies and procedures related
to data center operations, ensuring compliance with industry
standards and best practices
工作要求
-
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related
discipline
-
15+ years' relevant experiences, preferably with sizeable Data
Centre operation and management experience
- Excellent people management skills

Experience in banking / financial with knowledge in HKMA
regulatory
-
Liaise with managing property, facilities, operation and
engineering teams

Strong knowledge on Data Centre facilities, such as UPS, Cooling
and Power supply

Good project management and vendor / contractor management
skills on new project, facilities replacement and upgrading

Holder certificates of CDCP/CDCE or relevant is highly
preferrable

Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and
Cantonese
