person to fill the position.
工作职责

Lead and manage a team of Commercial Relationship Managers under
Commercial Centre for marketing a full range of Commercial
Banking products development and services to SME and Mid-cap
enterprises
-
Explore new business opportunities to achieve preset portfolio
and objectives in the field of SME and Mid-cap commercial
business
-
Develop strategic planning and action plans for all local and
regional platforms to enhance market share
-
Solicit commercial banking business to maximize sales revenue
and profitability for the Banking Group

Evaluate credit proposals and perform credit assessment / credit
risk for the Commercial Banking clients
-
Lead sales team to achieve the preset sales objective with
quality work and client servicing
- Regularly review business procedures and implementation
-
Conduct credit analysis / credit proposals and structure banking
facility
工作要求
- University degree holder
-
Solid experience in Commercial Banking Business & Products
in Hong Kong and China
-
With all-rounded industry knowledge and strong relevant product
knowledge
-
Experience in managing Commercial Banking will be an advantage
-
Familiar with the policies and procedures of the Bank as well as
regulatory requirements
- Sound skills in credit analysis and risk management
-
Excellent communication and strong team leadership skills with
people management experience

Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
