Our client, a Public Utility Company is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate IT professional to join their team to support the digital transformation journey. You will be part of the team actively helping the Legal and Governance business unit to develop the digital workplace environment driving long-term operation efficiency and agility.

Assist to manage digital solution projects for Legal & Governance business unit
Work closely with business users to gain in-depth understanding of business requirements and translate into system requirements and specifications
Partner with business users to research, source and/or formulate the digital solutions fulfilling business requirements
Lead and manage vendor and/or internal IT development team to develop the digital solutions
Supervise and support project implementation activities such as system configuration, training and UAT, etc
Proactively identify and escalate project risk to the management
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business process changes to adopt new digital solutions

Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or a related discipline
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
Proven experience in application development, preferably in .Net, Microsoft Power Platform such as Power App, Power Automate and Power BI
Experience and knowledge of implementing enterprise applications for legal and governance domain, e.g. contract management solutions / corporate governance and risk management solutions, is an advantage
Strong stakeholder / vendor management skills with high level of competence in problem solving, interpersonal skills and business acumen
Good presentation, analytical and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
