Our client, a Leading Banking Group, is looking for high-caliber
person to fill the position.
工作职责
-
Develop and enhance business and SME clients portfolio plans,
sales revenue and business growth / market share for the retail
branches.

Lead Branches sizable sales teams to develop sales activities
and drive the business banking acquisition, growth and success
for SME Business including SME loan portfolios.

Develop new initiatives for strategic business plans and
formulation in sales & marketing strategies.
-
Strengthen SME sales force management and review strong
performance management.
-
Search and develop new SME Loans products to diversify the
business and align with financial market trend.

Involve in improvement program for SME lending operations and
loan processing.
工作要求
- University Degree holder.
- Holder of IIQE Papers.

Solid experience with proven track record in Business Banking
Sales Management with Performance Management for sales team.

With track record and working profile in sales achievement and
business development of business and SME client portfolio growth
targeting.

Professional experience in sales and marketing of SME products,
SME Lending Products coverage.

Good clients networking and market sense within the SME Banking
industry.
- Strong business connections with small enterprises.

Strong leadership experience and people management skills.

Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and
communication skills.

Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise
effectively with the business and supporting units.

Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
including Cantonese and Putonghua.
