Senior Settlement Officer (HK$20K - $35K) (Ref. No.: 24607)
Our client, a Chinese based SFC-licensed Brokerage Firm (Holding of
Type 1, 2, 4 and 5) is now urgently looking for a high caliber
candidate to join their company to support their rapid business
growth and expansion.
工作职责
-
Support on daily settlement functions for equities, futures
& options business and ensure the daily operations is comply
with policies and procedures.

Follow up on daily stock reconciliation for HK market and China
Stock Connect
-
Check and prepare daily transactions, statements and settlement
reports.
- Follow up unsettled client transaction.

Ensure trade processing, IPO financing, corporate action, fund
deposit, clearing, withdrawal and placement activities proceeds
timely and accurately.

Handle margin call requirement/movements from futures exchanges.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
工作要求
- Tertiary educated or above.

3 years+ experience in both Equities and futures operations.
- Well versed with SFC and HKEX rules and regulations.
- Familiar in CCASS and DCASS.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
(Cantonese & Mandarin).

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
