Our client, a well-known Luxury brand, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Set standards for retail performance and retail excellence
Responsible and manage performance of each store and store operations to bring performance and build good client experience
Work with store managers to ensure all business are in order
Responsibilities Sales planning to ensure high performance and KPI’s are meet
Review and drive service excellence ensure stores are well verse with business needs and strategies to ensure excellent client servicing
Lead and plan activities in stores to deliver client service results
Monitor store operation performance and ensure that inventory flow, monitor store’s stock level and productivity
Utilize innovative plans to reduce operation cost, analyze controllable cost to meet budget
Ensure efficient flow of store products such as merchandising, supply chain, store planning and repairs

5 years of related experience in Luxury or Retail industry
Passionate about luxury retail and building highly engaged teams to deliver excellent branded retail experience
A good people leader, team player with a positive mindset
Well organized and committed to accuracy at all levels of details
Experience in and enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment
Able to work well in multicultural environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English & Chinese both written and oral
Willing to travel
