Officer, Customer Services.

- Handle customer enquiries with a professional manner
- Maintain the service level, quality and accuracy

Report customer problems and complaints to the supervisor for
service improvement

Close cooperation with various departments, branches and
teammates
- Handle administrative works assigned by the supervisor
工作要求
- HKDSE or above

Minimum 2 years customer service experience in banking industry
- Good written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Self-initiative and ability to work independently under pressure
