Senior Manager / Manager - Application Systems (HK$900K – HK$1.5M

Our client, a Top-tier organization in her industry is looking for
IT professional to join them. You will act as the IT leader to
ensure application systems respond timely to the community’s growing
needs and meet the challenges of the rapid changes and emerging
technologies worldwide.
工作职责

To formulate and execute the long-term information systems
strategy.
-
Lead and supervise a team of internal staff in their day-to-day
activities, covering Financials, HRMS, Analytics, ECM and other
custom-built / off-the-shelf package solutions.

Manage the internal key stakeholders and external contractors.

Carry out business process re-engineering exercises and
recommend areas of improvement.

Identify and evaluate the latest technology and tools to improve
the user experience of the information systems.
工作要求
-
A recognized degree in a related discipline, with substantial
stakeholder management experience in a sizable organization.

At least 10 years of solid hands-on business knowledge
and project implementation experience preferably in the
tier-one HRMS and / or Financial Management System and
their related business processes.

Possess proven hands-on experience in deployment of project
governance, change management, project management, business
processes review and design.

Previous information systems strategy setting experience and
deputy head leadership experience of a sizable team are
required.
- Strong inter-personal skills are necessary.

Previous IT consulting in a sizable IT consulting practice is an
advantage.

Candidate with less experience will be considered for Manager
level.
