Senior Manager / Head of Financial & Regulatory Reporting

Our client, a Chinese Bank is looking for high-caliber person to
fill the position.
工作职责
- Oversee the daily operations of regulatory reporting team
-
Responsible for reviewing and compilation of statutory financial
reports in accordingly to the HKMA reporting guidelines
-
Ensure HKMA regulatory returns are prepared accurately and
timely
-
Liaise and coordinate with relevant departments regarding
Banking Returns and other related reports
-
Regular review and update of Banking Returns procedures to
ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory parties
-
Set up, maintain and improve financial compliance system and
management information systems to ensure the financial data
provided meet the requirements of HKMA and Banking Ordinance

Monitor movements related to the Bank’s portfolio of
assets and liabilities
- Perform other ad-hoc projects / investigations
工作要求
-
Degree holding in Accounting / Finance with professional
accounting qualifications is definitely an advantage
-
Minimum 10 years banking experience in financial regulatory
reporting
-
Substantial knowledge in Basel III and HKMA regulatory
requirements
-
Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge in Oracle or Hyperion
application will be an added advantage

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with strong
analytical and report writing skills

Hands on experience in dealing with regulatory bodies and
compliance issues

Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and strong problem-solving
skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
(Cantonese and Mandarin)

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior
Manager
