Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to
fill the position
工作职责
-
To maintain data governance and management policy, the related
guidelines, and oversee execution and conduct periodic review.
-
To support Data Governance Committee and task force to drive
data governance initiatives towards the bank’s governance,
control and management of relevant data related policy and
procedure.
-
To support project implementations on data governance and
quality standards for the bank's applications that aim at
strengthening the bank's competitiveness and improve customer
experience through the use of data assets.

To support defining data strategy and ensure adherence to bank's
data governance framework.

To serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams to
ensure data governance and data quality are in practice.

To work with key stakeholders to identify critical data elements
and ensure all identified data elements are formally documented,
unambiguously defined from both business and IT perspectives.
工作要求
-
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and /
or related discipline.

Minimum 10 years working experience in Data Governance from
recognized establishments in financial services and / or banking
sector.

Working experience in establishing, implementing and maintaining
data governance framework, processes and workflow on IT
applications via SDLC.

Knowledge and working experience in data management practices
and tools including modeling, ETL, quality control and data
analytics.

Knowledge on data governance practice, business and technology
related to management of enterprise information assets and
approaches related to data protection.

Good communication skills in Cantonese and English, with
Putonghua an advantage.
