Senior IT Officer / IT Officer (HK$20K - $30K) (Ref. No.: 25523)
Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber
person to fill the position.
工作职责
-
Answer phone calls, provide helpdesk and technical support for
internal users on: Desktop hardware, Microsoft Windows, Office
(especially on Outlook and Teams)

Provide technical support on company devices like tablets or
smartphones, conference rooms' AV equipment and video conference
tools.

Setup and configure workstation, liaise with vendor on machine
maintenance service

Troubleshoot I.T related issues and report to line manager or
supervisor for follow up
- Handle machine inventory in-out and procurement
工作要求
-
Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or above (other disciplines
are also welcome)
-
2-3 years working experience in I.T related field or have a
solid deskside support background

Knowledge of Windows XP, 10 and Windows based applications

Good communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive
service attitude
- Can multitask and work independently
- Be able to communicate in English and Cantonese
