to fill the position
工作职责
-
Mainly responsible for application support to carry out the
operation, maintenance the retail and institutional trading
application system, provide first level support to users and
client
-
Establishing, optimizing of minor project implementation process
for company’s sell side trading system, including budget,
time, resource allocation and implementation.

To perform and to liaise with relevant departments for project
implementation tasks, requirements analysis, UAT test, HKEX MR,
etc.

To coordinate with stakeholders, the project team and the
infrastructure team to responsible for system go-live
- Vendor Management and year end audit handling
-
Liaise with external vendors, agencies, HKEX and etc for contact
information and support
- Gather user requirements and understand their needs
-
Have strong business communication and business understanding
skills, have strong demand analysis and document writing skills,
and be able to write standardized business requirements and
software requirements specifications

Responsible for Banking System Implementation including writing
technical and/or business specifications
- Analyze and customize various business modules
-
Enhance overall concepts, evaluate business impacts and provide
training to end-users
-
Coordinate the conduct of user acceptance testing and test cases
planning
- Assist on Ad-hoc projects
工作要求
-
University degree or equivalent in Computer Science /
Information Engineering or related discipline
-
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in banking
and financial industry

Experience and knowledge in securities or futures trading system
for front to back office support

Experience handling CTM, FIX client onboarding is advantages
-
Highly preferred candidates with experience in iAsia and Fidessa
trading system
- Hands on experience in Database, Linux, Windows scripting
- Certification in OCP and MSDBA

Experience in analyzing user requirements and preparing business
analysis
-
With technical background and good knowledge of Oracle, Java,
C++, SQL etc.

Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and
written for both English and Mandarin
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Travel between Shenzhen and Hong Kong offices is required
