high-caliber person to fill the position
工作职责
-
As Responsible Officer and needs to carry out Type RA1
& Type RA4 regulated activity for Pension / MPF/ORSO
Business
-
Overall supervision of Pension / MPF/ORSO Business and
operations to ensure the company policies, statutory rules and
regulations in compliance
-
Perform forecasting and scheduling to optimized operations,
assist in writing and maintaining documentation of all
operations, policies, and procedures, including operational and
risk control procedures
-
Participate in formulation of MPF/ORSO Operation Management
including operations manual, procedures, control, KPI and Client
Servicing Management etc
-
Develop up-to-date policies and guidelines on Operational
Programs for MPF/ORSO Business
工作要求
-
A Bachelor Degree in Finance / Marketing / Business
Administration / Economics
-
Current holder of Responsible Officer licenses registered under
Type RA1 & Type RA4 regulated activity from Pension and
MPF/ORSO Business is a MUST
- Good knowledge of MPF/ORSO and compliance regulations

Strong team leadership with excellent people management skills
-
High degree of self-motivation and ability to relate to people
at all levels

Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
-
Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise
effectively with the business and supporting units
-
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
including Cantonese and Putonghua
