Our client, a Leading Investment Group, is looking for high-caliber
person to fill the position
工作职责
-
Involve in new investment development projects and investment
program valuation on real estate business coverage in UK,
Australia and Mainland (Beijing, Shanghai)
-
Sales and marketing of real estate assets portfolios and
investment properties including commercial and residential
properties
-
Source and propose new real estate portfolio of large scale
property and premises asset management for the Group’s
shop branches, shopping malls, A-grade office towers, commercial
buildings, residential building, luxurious residential
building
-
Maximize the Group’s profit and enhance market share from
real estate investment activities
工作要求
-
University degree in Property / Real Estate Management or
related discipline with Professional Qualification
-
3 years' solid experience in Overseas Real Estate Business
-
Familiar with regulations in Hong Kong and Overseas Real Estate
Regulatory
-
Good initiatives and pro-active on well management and operation
planning
-
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
including Cantonese and Putonghua
