Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber
person to fill the position.
工作职责
-
Responsible for project management of application projects;
-
Manage a team of professionals from various background for the
development of the project;
- Ensure that the deadlines of the projects are met;
-
Liaise with business users and technical teams on project scope,
approaches and testing plans;
- Liaise with vendors on service deliveries;
-
Act as a facilitator between business units and vendors in
addressing and resolving issues in system development and
quality assurance;
-
Provide supervision and guidance of staffs and monitor their
performance;
-
Ensure efficient and effective system development processes are
in place and enforce compliance by the team; and
-
Manage the budgets and costs of projects and report regularly to
the management on progress.
工作要求
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines;
-
10 years’ computing experience of which 5 years at project
management position in financial sector, preferably in
insurance;

Experience in building and structure project documentation and
timeline;
-
Responsible for planning, organizing, communication and
interpersonal skills, and able to work under pressure;
-
Strong leadership and capabilities to facilitate sessions with
large number of participants;
- Strong stakeholder’s management;
-
Quick adaptation to an ever-moving situation with new
stakeholders added along the way;
- Good understanding of insurance industry;
- PMP or Agile certificates holder is an added advantage.
