- Responsible for project implementation
- Participate in system design, analysis, setup and testing
- Prepare and review reports and documentations for users
- Work closely with management level on technical direction
- Responsible for contract administration and negotiation
- Vendor Management
工作要求

A recognized degree in Computer Science or relevant technical
experience

At least 10 years' IT experience and 5 years of project
management experience
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; and
- Good interpersonal skills and be a good team player

Strong organizational, analytical, verbal and writing skills
