Private Equity Associate / Senior Associate - Technology growth

Our client is an Asia-based technology growth fund looking to hire
multiple professionals for their newly set up Singapore office. It
has achieved an impressive investment track record by focusing on
middle market growth opportunities in technology sectors across
software, hardware and healthcare. The firm has a strong blue-chip
LP base including prominent endowment, insurance, development
finance, global asset manager and family office investors.
工作职责

Conduct research and make recommendations on investment themes
in technology sectors

Monitor, analyze and report the performance of investment
portfolios to stakeholders

Support senior team members in investment activities, including
assessing new investment opportunities, conducting due
diligence, performing strategic and financial analysis, drafting
investment committee memos, and assisting in execution
-
Participate in portfolio value add activities, such as
contributing to capital raising, M&A, regional business
development and expansion opportunities
- Assist in responding to investor queries

Contribute to firm-wide team building activities and strategic
initiatives
工作要求
- Intellectually curious on investing

Strong academic credentials and good knowledge of finance &
accounting

2 - 5 years of experience with a PE fund, investment bank or
consulting firm

Excellent interpersonal and writing skills; Fluent in Mandarin

Self-starter with ability to multi-task and to work
independently

A team player with ability to collaborate with teams across
multiple offices
